Struxy

Nothingslips through.

A great Chief of Staff starts by knowing what's going on. Tell Struxy naturally—it learns the people, promises, plans and details that matter, remembers them, and brings them back when they can help.

Went to Product House at the Hoxton—talked practical AI agents. Met Mia Chen, partnerships at Arc. Connected on LinkedIn. Coffee next Thursday.

This is how Struxy starts learning your world: it understands what inside one thought belongs together.

Your tools work—after you do the organising.

Notes store what you write. Calendars track what you schedule. Task apps remind you about tasks you have already identified. Struxy catches the useful context before it is reduced to a neat entry—or forgotten completely.

Other tools begin after you organise the thought. Struxy begins before.

Because remembering should not be another system to maintain.

The things people forget are rarely neat tasks. They are promises made in passing, people to follow up with, details worth remembering and plans that never reached the calendar. Struxy keeps those loose ends alive until they become useful.

Remember the follow-up before the opportunity goes cold.

Bring back the detail that makes someone feel remembered.

Turn an informal promise into an action before it is missed.

Find the context without searching through old notes and chats.

Thursday arrives. The context does too.

From raw thought to a calm brief—without rebuilding the context.

It remembers the history, not just the task.

Every interaction helps Struxy understand your world—who matters, what you're working toward, what you've promised, how you prefer things handled, and what happened before.

The longer you use Struxy, the less context you have to rebuild.

It starts with remembering.

Before Struxy can act for you, it needs to understand you.

Every interaction helps Struxy learn the people, plans, commitments, preferences and history that make up your world. As that understanding grows, so does what Struxy can help with.

  1. RememberAvailable now

    “Don’t let me forget this.”

Struxy captures and connects what matters.

  2. AnticipateProduct direction

“You said you’d follow up with Mia after launch.”

Struxy notices when context becomes relevant.

  3. HelpProduct direction

“I’ve prepared what you need for the conversation.”

Struxy helps you decide and prepare.

  4. HandleLong-term direction

    “Done. It’s taken care of.”

Eventually, delegate things to Struxy within the authority you choose to give it.

The goal isn't another app to manage. It's a personal AI you can increasingly rely on.

Personal context requires real trust.

Struxy is being designed so you can see, correct and remove what it remembers. Detailed provider and data-handling information will be published before private beta access opens.

I needed something that would remember before I did.

I originally built Struxy for myself while managing a startup, research, relationships and life across too many conversations and tools. I did not need another place to organise everything—I needed something that would remember before I did.

Struxy is being built around one problem: helping people remember what matters and act before it is too late. I'm starting with memory because a useful Chief of Staff needs context before it can be trusted with action. The goal is to progressively turn that understanding into a personal AI you can genuinely delegate to.
